Really delighted with our new solar panels. The process with e-gener8 was seamless and they were all so patient with my husband and me who have no experience in this type of thing. The roofers and electrician were very friendly and showed me exactly what I needed to know on the app. I am also reassured that if I need any support there is someone at the end of the phone. It’s early days but so far I would recommend e-gener8 for solar panels.

From first contacting us to finishing the installation this company went above and beyond to help us when they went up to the roof to start the installation they discovered that our roof tiles were all breaking so we had to have a new roof on before they could do anything they sorted someone out to do the work at a really good price and when the new roof was on they came back and installed the panels I can not fault anything about this company they look after you from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone wanting solar panels

Compared to others initial contact was good with good advice and took into consideration shade (amazed how many others quoted without consideration) .
All questions I had were answered and any concerns considered and sorted with no fuss.
Installation was spot on and quick with no mess left.
All certificates provided very quickly.
All insurance backed but doubt it will be needed as this company deserve to do well.

Exceptional Service

e-gener8 recently installed me solar panels with battery storage. The service from start to finish was brilliant. Initially, Jacob provided a really competitive and detailed quote (I had 5 quotes in total) and answered any questions I had over the next couple of days along with Joe. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. After speaking to, and researching, all of the companies who provided quotes I felt most comfortable with e-gener8. I had a short home survey a few days later to confirm the planned installation was viable and then just a few days later the G99 application was complete and the installation was booked. The installation team were superb, really friendly, very efficient and professional. Once complete, the electrician, Daz, talked me through the app and signposted me to lots of YouTube videos for any queries I may have later down the line. Less than a week later and I now have the DNO and MCS paperwork and have already signed up for a SEG tariff. Overall, I’m super impressed with e-gener8 and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels.
